I’m inspired by humanity and nature

by snippets of my life and those around me

by ideas of our future

by the ghosts of our past.

By the small slice of countryside that I’ve always lived in

and by thoughts of the cities that I would love to visit, but would hate to live in.

I want to put something of my truth into the world

to be utterly honest and utterly unashamed in displaying it for anyone to see.

That’s what my sketchbooks are, I suppose, my way of presenting my life to the world

all the good and the bad and the potential mixed up on the pages.

All of it the truth, all at once.
